Intellectual property
All website content, including but not limited to, codes, imagery, text, photographic images, videography are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced.
Contests & Promotions
Any contests or other promotions made available by Laneway may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms & Conditions. If you participate in any promotions, please read and review the applicable terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a promotion conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the promotion rules will apply.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless specifically stated otherwise. Prices listed on the website do not include delivery charges. Prices listed on the website do include GST. Delivery prices will be automatically calculated in the checkout process based on the delivery option you have selected.
Payment Method (Shopify)
All credit card payments are made through Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). Any information you provide is encrypted using SSL encryption, preventing any unauthorised access to card details.
Payment Method (PayPal)
PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your order.
Payment Method (Afterpay)
Afterpay allows customers the facility to buy now and pay later.
Order Cancellations
Please note, after you have placed an order, a receipt is automatically generated and mailed to you confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and the corresponding order may be cancelled at any time by us due to insufficient stock, inability to confirm a credit card, suspicion of fraud, or for any other reason. If your order is cancelled and your nominated credit card has been charged, Laneway will proceed to issue you a refund onto your credit card.
Afterpay Cancellations
All Afterpay order cancellations will incur a fee to the total of 10% of your order value.
Personal Use Only
Laneway reserves the right to decline any order (or part thereof) that appears to us to be intended for resale.
Changing an order
Laneway is not able to change an order once it has been received and processed. In order to change an order, you will be required to return any goods that have already been dispatched (at your own expense) through our return channels described above.
