Free for orders above $59.00, and $7.50 for orders under $60.00.

Delivered within approx. 6-8 business days from posting, with processing & handling completed within 72 hrs*.

New Zealand Delivery

$10 for all orders, shipping with International Economy Air (Australia Post).

Delivered within approx. 15-20 business days from posting, with processing & handling completed within 72 hrs*.

Rest of World Delivery

$20 for all orders, shipping with International Economy Air (Australia Post).

Delivered within approx. 6-27 business days from posting, with processing & handling completed within 72 hrs*.

*Handling time may vary for special order items (for reference this includes all fi'zi:k footwear). 

Changing delivery address

Unfortunately, after an order has been placed, it is not possible to change the delivery address under your Laneway account. However, provided it is prior to dispatch, we can try to change the address for you.

The best way to do this is to contact us via our instagram @laneway.cc or emailing enquiry@laneway.cc.

Tracking orders

Order tracking will be available once your order has left the Laneway Fulfilment Centre, once processing & handling has been completed.

Returns policy

At Laneway we accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Any sale items (discounted from retail price) are not eligible for return in event of change of mind.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) were not on sale (discounted from regular retail price), unless faulty.
  • Returns process must be initiated and each item must be placed in the post within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags and boxes. You don’t need the unbranded clear plastic packaging.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.

How to return an item to Laneway

Simply complete our printed Returns Form (which is enclosed in your order, if not received please contact us), email returns@laneway.cc to request a Returns Authorisation Number and safely arrange for item(s) to be posted back to us.

Please note any return postage fees are at the cost of the purchaser.

You can either request a credit note or full refund for the item(s) returned.

We do not offer exchanges, if you would like an item in a different colour or size, please return the item and request it as a refund and simply reorder the new item on our website.

*The above return policy is in addition to and does not affect the statutory rights you have under the Australian consumer Law.

Timing to process a return

On average, our returns process takes 7-14 business days (metro areas).

Depending on your location, it can take 2 to 15 business days for your return to reach us from when you hand it over to the courier.

Once your return has been delivered to the Laneway Fulfilment Centre, we’ll process your refund/exchange within 5 business days.

We'll keep you updated via email during the process.

What do to with faulty items

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item the best way to rectify the problem is to reach out to us via enquiry@laneway.cc.

To make this as smooth as possible, include your order number, email address, attach clear photos of the fault and your preferred outcome.
